Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 July 2026

Axial Design ("we", "us") is a digital agency based in Johnstown, Navan, Co. Meath, Ireland. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us through the contact form, we use it solely to respond to your enquiry, and we don't sell it or use it for marketing lists.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, current website address (if given), the services you're interested in, your budget range and your project details.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or marketing tags, and this website does not set cookies for analytics.

How we use it

We use your enquiry details to respond to you, to prepare recommendations and quotes, and — if we work together — to deliver the services you engage us for. The legal basis is your request that we contact you (steps prior to entering a contract) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

We do not add you to newsletters or marketing lists, and we never sell your data.

Where your data goes

Contact form submissions are delivered to us as email using Resend, an email delivery provider, and are then held in our email account. This website is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which processes standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to serve and secure the site.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service that shows us aggregate visitor statistics. It does not track you across sites or build a profile of you.

Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, where we work together, for the duration of the engagement plus the period required for normal business and tax records. If you'd like an enquiry deleted, just ask.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict our processing of it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at paddydarcy26@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above. Questions are always welcome — get in touch.
