How much does a website cost?

It depends on what the website needs to do. Our own starting prices: a Starter WordPress site from €690, a custom-designed Starter Website from €750, a Business Website built to generate enquiries from €1,750, and a Growth Website from €3,000. I've seen websites advertised much cheaper. Why do you charge more?

You can get a website for less, and for some businesses a budget template site is the right call. What we build is different: custom-designed, fast, structured so Google can read it properly, and backed by real development skills. When you later need a booking system, an integration or an automation, you're not starting again with a new provider. Our own product, Grafta, and the client work on our Work page show the standard. If budget is the deciding factor, we'll say so early rather than talk you into more than you need.

How long does a website take to build?

It depends on the build and how ready your content is. A straightforward, out-of-the-box website can go live in 4–7 days when you supply the text and images you want shown up front. Custom-designed sites take longer, usually a few weeks, and anything with bespoke systems longer again. Either way, you'll get a realistic timeline in writing before we start.

How does payment work?

For the vast majority of projects we take a 50% deposit to get started and the remaining 50% on completion, before the site goes live. On larger builds we can split it into phased payments across milestones if that suits your cash flow better. Just ask. Do you only build websites?

No. Websites are often the starting point, but Axial Design also builds booking systems, custom software, customer portals, dashboards and automations, along with SEO, Google Ads and ongoing support. The idea is that everything works together.

We do, and WordPress is a great fit for many businesses because it's flexible and easy to update yourself. We build WordPress sites with clean setups, without bloated themes or fifty plugins, and provide training so you can manage your own content.

Custom development is our background. For businesses that need top performance, unusual functionality or full control, we build custom websites using modern tools like React. These load faster, scale better and aren't limited by templates.

SEO is built into every website we make from day one: sensible structure, fast loading and correct metadata. We also offer ongoing SEO work, covering keyword research, content planning and technical improvements to help you rank for the searches your customers make.

Do you offer local SEO?

Yes. For most Irish businesses, local SEO matters more than anything else. It's about showing up when someone nearby searches for what you do. That includes optimising your Google Business Profile, building location pages and improving your visibility in map results.

We can. That takes a combination of a well-built website, SEO and sometimes Google Ads. We'll look at how your business currently appears in search and show you what would improve it and how long it typically takes.

Do you manage Google Ads?

Yes. We set up and manage Google Search campaigns aimed at people actively searching for your services. That includes keyword strategy, ad copy, conversion tracking and monthly reporting, so you can see exactly what your spend is doing.

We manage those too. Meta ads work well for reaching people who aren't searching for you yet. They build awareness, and retargeting brings past visitors back. We handle targeting, creative testing and reporting.

Yes. That can be as simple as connecting a proven booking tool to your website, or as involved as building a custom booking platform with staff dashboards, automated reminders and payment handling. It depends on how your business takes bookings.
